New administrative guidelines for Social Security contributions.
The French Social security authorities and the URSSAF put up on the internet new administrative guidelines called the “Bulletin Officiel de la Sécurité Sociale” (BOSS). This database, inspired by the already existing administrative guidelines on tax matters (BOFIP), will gather all the regulations and comments of the French Social Security authorities concerning Social Security contributions in a single, enforceable and free database.
The content of the BOSS will remplace the previously published instructions and will be enforceable from the 1st of April 2021.
