We do our best to integrate interns and collaborators in our cases and we strive to transmit our competences and expertise as we ourselves have been trained by our peers.

Sumerson follows a strict recruitment policy for candidates. Our employees must be rigorous, dynamic and must be able to work as part of a team. Given the international profile of the firm, we conduct interviews both in French and in English.

Compensation for associates and interns is in line with that of many other well-respected law firms.

In addition, our associates have the opportunity to work at one of our partner firms abroad, most notably in New York or in Singapore.
